I feel weird about my friend paying for everything?

I have this best friend who i've been BFF's with for YEARS... We have always been normal people financially, both in college, working and doing the normal thing until we finished school. Well she got married last year and her husband happens to have a TON of money... so in the past year a lot has changed obviously... the lifestyle she knew is totally gone.. she is now spending money on whatever she wants and driving 100 thousand dollar cars... and its just strange for me to this see... so keep with me... everytime i go visit her she pays for EVERYTHING... but keep in mind the stuff we are doing is extravagant and unlike what we used to do before. the whole relationship is the same but the stuff we are doing/spending is different. i am not comfortable with her paying for me, especially when its REALLY expensive. i have not said anything yet she has not said anything to me either .. like " hey i know we are always paying for you please dont think anything of it, we just want to take care of you" or anything... so i just feel REALLY freakin weird abuout it. I feel like relationships should be give and take and thats just not the case right now. Basically I am wondering.. should it alk to her about this or am i just being weird???

Ankle problems- please help?

I am a soccer player. this is my year playing, i was at practice last thursday and my ankle got twisted. It has been hurting ever sense then and its gotten very bad, i can barely walk on it and when i move it side to side it hurts very badly and its swollen and the bone is sticking out. (it is the back part of my ankle that's hurting like where your achilles tendon is. when you push on the back side of my ankle or foot it feels like there is something rubber inside and it hurts awfully to push on. what could be wrong with my ankle/foot?

Why does everyone think Cam Newton should win the Heisman Trophy when he may not be the best QB in CFB?

I don't believe he is the best QB in College football, I think Matt Barkley and Andrew Luck are better pers. To me a QB should be a per 1st and foremost. Cam runs 90% of the time which I don't like, if your going to be a running back then play running back. I'm not saying Cam isn't a good player but his character has been in question since playing ball at Florida. My Heisman vote would go Lamichael James who is the best player in the nation at his position, followed by Andrew Luck and Matt Barkley then Cam Newton and Denard Robinson.To win the Heisman you should be the best player in the nation at your position, like Sam Bradford was in 2008. I think Cam gets most of his attention because he is in the SEC and the SEC is the loudest and play all their games on national tv so voters can see them just like they did with Mark Ingram last year when Tobby Gerhart had better numbers and Ndamukong Suh dominated his side of the ball. I just hope to God voters don't just vote for him because he plays in the SEC, which BTW is really week this year.
