Can you have withdrawals from the anti bacterial drug Ciproflaxasin?

I traveled to Mexico and got a really bad bacterial infection and the doctor proscribed a drug called Ciproflaxasin to me to get rid of the infection and i am a advid runner and since i have been on it i have been experiencing tendon soreness/pain particularly in my achilles.. i called my doctor and stopped the meds today immediatly. But now i am starting to feel completely week for no reason... the worst head ache and sick to my stomach... is it possible to be going through withdrawals? Ive only been on the medication for just under a week!
