Can I work abroad (US, Canada, Europe, Australia or NZ) when I graduate as an LPN in Philippines?

I already took BS Psychology when I was in college but wanted to shift into Nursing since this is one of the best jobs I know that can give me better opportunities to work in abroad, specially in the US and/or Europe. However, I don't know if they are going to credit the minor subjs that I've taken when I took bs psych & I think having another 4yr course (BSN) would be some long time to wait. Now, I have seen in the internet lists of accredited schools at Philippines which offers 2 year course in Practical Nursing, but have browsed some info too that it'll be useless even i become an LPN since there's no way I can apply for work in the US unless you already have a legal status, such as a "green card", work permit, or you are a US citizen already. Can anyone help me regarding this matter? I have planned to go back in my homeland (Philippines) late this year to study again (practical nursing) & I wanna be sure first with my decision while I'm still here in abroad. Thanks in advance!
