My wife sent text msg to me?

my wife is living seperately since one month. This idea was not mine. She quarreled with me for one small issue and living seperately with her friends. Even she dint come with me counselling. Till last week I was calling her, sending messages. Now I stopped all those things. Today she sent message like "how come there is no message from u:)? Hope you forgot me". What does it mean? Whether she is missing me or just sent like that. Please give me answers from your experiences
