Reloader/shooters: Velocity data for 223 Rem, 64gr Power point out of 16.5in barrel?

Recipes if you have them. Looking to reload a bunch to have on hand for the AR. Want something not FMJ. Believe it or not, with a good bullet, the little .223 is pretty potent.
