Anyone know the name of this movie?

I don't think it ever came out in theatres, it was just a movie I picked up at redbox a few months ago. But it's about this couple that goes camping/hiking and I remember the name of the movie is the name of the trail they took. They end up being held hostage at a creepy old woman's house in the woods, where she tries to force them to have so that the girl will become pregnant and she can take their baby to have as hers, but it turns out the girl is already pregnant with her boyfriend's baby and the old lady becomes enraged
