Pascal Problem please help (in PASCAL LANGUAGE DEV)?

So I'm trying to make a quiz on Dev Pascal until now I've written down the questions in a digital notepad now how can I make a text file for e.g (c:\Users\KarlG\Desktop\MyFile.txt) to ign questions or answers how should I continue with the quiz please help!!
